One person has been killed and twenty people are Injured in a police firing here at Bhardaha of the district on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as Ram Krishna Raut, 60, of Portaha-1. He received bullets in his chest. According to police, they opened fire in self-defense as a group of agitating Madhesi protesters attacked security personnel as they were clearing the obstruction kept along the road.
