Top leaders Addressing the meeting of Constituent Assembly (CA) on Sunday that started after hours of delay, leaders opined that constitution writing process has entered final phase.
Prime Minister Sushil Koirala said that long-cherished dream of promulgating the constitution through CA is being fulfilled. PM Koirala said Let’s sit for talks to sort out differences through discussion. UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal said the CA is in final phase to promulgate the new constitution. Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Nepal Kamal Thapa said his party rejoined constitution drafting process to stop the nation from further confrontation. Kp Oli added that any lacking in the constitution can be corrected in future. Addressing the meeting, UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal said the CA is in final phase to promulgate the new constitution.
