The Indian border security force (SSB) dragged a Nepal Police Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) under their control from Rani customes entry point in Biratnagar and thrashed him after taking him to Indian territory.
It has been learnt that the Indian border security force men came to no-man’s land following a clash between Nepali security personnel and cadres of Samyukta Loktantrik Madhesi Morcha (SLMM) and took ASI Pradeep Giri to the Indian side.
This in not first time that Indian border security force trashed Nepali. Nepali Labors working in a construction of school building at Sukumbasi Dada of Tribhuwan VDC-4 have been beaten by Indian Border Security Force on April 4.
Morang Police Spokesperson DSP Pramod Kharel informed that the SSB snatched ASI Giri’s weapon after beating him up.
