Khasi ko Bhutan (Goat liver and Stomach) - Anup Kitchen

Bhutan is a traditional Newari (Nepali) food that is eaten in Nepal specially in festival seasons. It works perfect as a side dish, appetizer with liquor drinks.

Ingredients

Goat Stomach
Goat Livers
Goat Intestine
1 tsp cinnamon powder or 1 stick cinnamon
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 lemon juice
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup oil
