Nepal defeated Ireland by eight wickets in the last group match of the U-19 World Cup qualifiers in Malaysia. It was a timely boost for the undefeated Nepali side who play the tournament finals against the same side on Thursday. Nepal chased the 185 runs target in the 43rd over finishing on 192 for two. Sunil Dhamala (75) and Sandeep Sunar (85) both scored half-centuries and added 170 runs for the first wicket to register a comprehensive victory.
