Prime Minister Sushil Koirala has sacked Minister for Energy Radha Gyawali on Thursday .
Prime Minister Sushil Koirala had requested CPN (UML) chairman KP Oli to recall Energy Minister Radha Gyawali from post after the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) recommended the government to take action against her for allegedly misappropriating crores while taking decisions on Solu Corridor Transmission Line Project.
Minister for Sports Purusottam Paudel has resigned from post.As both the Ministers had been representing CPN-UML in the Koirala led coalition government, Prime Minister had repeatedly been urging CPN UML chairman KP Oli either to recall them or be ready face the decision to sack.
