A satirical puja has been performed deriding the ongoing blockade imposed by India at Pashupatinath Temple on Thursday. With the growing impact of the blockade on the daily life of the Nepali people, a symbolic puja has been performed in the name of India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Pashupatinath Temple this morning.
It is been said that the purpose of this prayers was to relieve the Indian PM from the sins he committed by imposing the blockade on Nepal. Chyama Puja or forgiveness prayers is usually organised asking for forgiveness from the deity for the sins committed during one’s lifetime.
