Bidhya Bhandari is first women president of Nepal. she was vice-chairperson of Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) before wining presidential election on 28 october 2015. She is former defence minister of the government of Nepal.
The Legislature-Parliament Secretariat said that the vote counts would begin from 2:30 today itself and the results would be announced in the Legislature-Parliament meeting to be held at 5:00 this evening.
