A five-storey house was engulfed in massive fire in Jhochhen of Kathmandu today. According to DSP BInod Ghimire of the Metropolitan Police Circle, New Road, the fire started from the storage room of Manoj Khatiwoda. The fire has completely destroyed the doors and windows of the building along with other electrical appliances stored in the room. Police said the fire was controlled with the help of locals, police and four fire trucks. However, the reason behind the fire is yet to be ascertained, police added. Police is investigation into the case for further information.
