Endorsing the three-point agreement reached earlier among major political parties to resolve the disputes over provincial demarcations, the government on Sunday decided to form a political mechanism. An emergency cabinet meeting held at Singha Durbar Sunday decided to form the political mechanism to address the demands put forward by the agitating Madhes-based parties regarding provincial demarcations. "The mechanism will recommend solutions to disputes over the proposed provincial boundaries within three months of its formation," Minister for Industry Som Prasad Pandey told reporters while emerging from the cabinet meeting late on Sunday evening .
