Nepali Women Playing Panche Baja

Posted by Anup Baral December 30th 2015 :
Panche baaja is a set of five traditional Nepali musical instruments that are played during holy ceremonies, especially, marriages. Panche baajas are usually played by the Damai (Miji) and the Gaine; these are Dalit("untouchable) castes in Hindu tradition. The first part of the term is also transliterated pance, panchai, or pancai; the latter also as baaja.

This video has amazingly proven than women are also equally skilled as man if they have guts to do something. they are playing panche baja a national musical instrument of nepal during the welcome programme of mata rhythembhara at chogaon , dharmasthali, kathmandu, while superstars of nepal were dancing on the music
