Two persons were burnt to death when a house caught fire at Thaha municipality-2 in Makwanpur on Sunday night. The deceased have been identified as Maya Thokar, 46 and her sister, Maili Thokar, 40. Area Police Inspector Birendra Paneru informed that the sisters were trapped inside the house belonging to Devendra Karki in Syauli bazaar, when it caught fire. A candle lit during the loadshedding hours started the fire, informed police.
