At least six including a woman were killed in an explosion at a brick factory in Itahari on Monday evening. The blockage in the chimney led to the explosion at Ektamba of Itahari sub-metropolitan city-16. Shiva Narayan Chaudhary is among the deceased in the incident while the identities of the others are yet to be established, Police Inspector Tika Karki informed.Around 40 are reported to be injured in the incident, the police added.
