After an announcement of the government to distribute lands to the earthquake victims for temporary settlement, the number of fake earthquake victims has increased in Dhading district, of late. The real victims are shadowed after the fake earthquake victims started to shift to makeshift houses near Dhadingbesi, the district headquarters of Dhading. According to the District Natural Disaster Management Committee, more than 226 families living in the makeshift houses are found to be fake earthquake victims.
