India To Pressurize Rajendra Mahato To Open Blockade At Border Area

Sadbhawana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato, who flew to New Delhi on a regular Air India flight from Kathmandu for treatment, has been admitted to the Medanta City Hospital in Gurgaon. According to Upendra Mahto, who is leader Mahato’s nephew and member of the party’s Central Committee, the doctors at Medanta have started providing treatment to the leader.

Sadbhawana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato, who was injured in police action in Nepal-India border point in Biratnagar on December 26, was airlifted to New Delhi for further treatment on Friday as his condition did not improve, according to his party leaders. Mahato had sustained injuries on various parts of his body during a violent clash with police at the Jogbani-Biratnagar border point, and was admitted to the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan.
