UCPN (Maoist) Sindhuli constituency No. 3 candidate for the November 19 Constituent Assembly ( CA) election Haribol Gajurel said the first CA failed to give the people their constitution as the parties favouring change in the country missed a clear two-third majority then. He claimed that his party would secure the majority in the upcoming election and draft a people’s constitution. Taking part in a voter-candidate introduction programme jointly organised by Sindhuli-Kathmandu Federal People’s Contact Forum, Akhil (Revolutionary) and Akhil Nepal Trade Union here today, leader Gajurel said the people have expected for a new constitution from the UCPN (Maoist).
