Senior leader of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba criticises Nepali congress top leadership while visiting at inauguration ceneromany of an orientation and training programme organized by NC in Pokhara.Nepali Congress President Sushil Koirala failed to unite the party and lead it, he said. According to him, Koirala have made the cadres feel that there are two parties when he himself is the party president.
