Eleven passengers died when a micro-bus (Ba.1Ja.7583) heading to Trishuli bazaar from Kathmandu met with an accident at Kerauni in Madanpur VDC-8 this afternoon. Six others have been reported injured in the fatal accident. The micro-bus fell some 500 feet below the road in the accident that took place around 1:00 pm, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of Nuwakot Siddhi Bikram Shah. The majority of the deceased are reported to be army personnel undergoing training at the Trishuli Army Training Centre, Maithali. Identity of the deceased and further details surrounding the accident is awaited.
