Ending weeks-long deadlock between the major political parties and the agitating Madhesi parties, top leaders from both the sides held a meeting at Singha Durbar on Monday. The leaders after the meeting said they have reached an understanding to give continuity to the talks and resolve the differences with the agitating Madhesi parties through negotiations without further delay.
