The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority arrested four persons, including three police officials, while taking bribe in Lalitpur and Kathmandu. Deputy Superintendent of Police Daya Nidhi Gyawali and Inspector Ramesh Singh of Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur were rounded up from a restaurant in Jhamsikhel. The anti-graft body said the duo was caught red-handed while taking Rs 300,000 “to settle a case related to a petrol pump ownership dispute”.
