Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has returned home on Thursday morning from London concluding her ten-day visit to USA and UK. He landed at Tribhuvan International airport yesterday afternoon after attending the 69th United Nations General Assembly held in New York of the USA. A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina left Heathrow International Airport at 6.55pm (London time) and landed at Osmani International Airport in Sylhet around 9am, reports BSS. PM Koirala had addressed to the General Assembly on September 26. While in New York in course of attending the UNGA, he also participated in the UN Climate Change conference and another one regarding the UN Security Council. In the General Assembly, Nepal raised with priority the topics of the need to reduce the adverse effects of climate change on humans and nature, and of population management and development.
