Lawmakers of the opposition party UCPN have demanded clarification from the government regarding the misbehave of Agricultural Development Minister, Hari Prasad Parajuli , during a programme to mark Asar Pandra in Mulpani, Kathmandu. Minister Parajuli is now facing criticisms from several medias and social networking sites including facebook, twitter and his own party members after photos depicting his misbehaviour with female participants during the Asar Pandra celebrations surfaced in the social media. Minister for Agriculture Development Mr. Hari Prasad Parajuli is the secretary of All Nepal Peasants' Federation. Ministry of Agricultural Hari Prasad Parajuli was elected the prime minister of the country, Sushil Koirala. Prime Minister Koirala administered the oath of secrecy to new NC and UML ministers in presence of President Ram Baran Yadav at Shital Niwas .Hari Parajuli, a member of Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist), assumed the post of the Minister of Agricultural Development of Nepal on 25 February 2014 under Sushil Koirala-led government.
