The Worldwide Cost of Living survey is released twice a year by the EIU and compares hundreds of prices across 160 products and services, including items such as food, drink, rentals, utility bills, schooling costs and household supplies.The Worldwide Cost of Living is a bi-annual survey that compares more than 400 individual prices across 160 products and services.This includes food, drinks, clothing, household supplies and personal care items, home rents, transport, utility bills, private schools, domestic help and recreational costs.In the list, Karachi is listed on the Most Cheapest Town in the World. The Index has estimated about 160 goods and their prices in the comparative methods. In addition to that, the Index has studied the expenditure caused in these 160 goods and have studied on the comparative method.
