CPN-Maoist Secretary Netra Bikram Chand has erected black flag of Energy Secretary. The CPN Maoist led by Netra Bikram Chand have captured a house and lands belonging to the leaders of the UCPN (Maoist) and the CPN-UML respectively.The Chand-led Maoist informed through a press statement that it has captured the house belonging to former Constituent Assembly member of the UCPN (Maoist), Jit Bir Lama, from Laduk-8 and the land owned by CPN-UML leaders at Lamidanda-6 of the district. The party clarified that the land (1,200 sq km) which earlier had been used for the community health promotion centre was transferred to the ownerships of UML leaders Kumar Khadka and Prakash KC, so it was grabbed.
