Khadka who originally hails from Phasku-8, Dolkha district, had fled to India steeling Rs 22,000 after the murder, according to Police investigation.The police deployed from Metropolitan Police Crime Division, Hanuman Dhoka, detained Khadka from Kakkadvitta on Monday morning, April 20, 2015, according to Police. Father Gaffney was found dead on the floor of his social center and home at about 8 a.m. on December 13, 1997 with his throat slit but with no evidence of forced entry or a struggle.
