The local administration has imposed a curfew the district with effective from 2 pm Saturday to take the circumstance under control.Over two dozen people, including security personnel, were injured when local people in Gaur, who have been protesting.
Today the Second round of talks between the administration and the locals on Sunday morning was unsuccessful. The representative are Chief District Officer, Madan Bhujel, Regional Officer, Ram Kumar Acharya, DIG Devendra Subedi of the Central Region, and DIG Ram Sharan Poudel of Armed Police Force, among others, were present for the talks.
