Minister for Agriculture Development Mr. Hari Prasad Parajuli is the secretary of All Nepal Peasants' Federation. Ministry of Agricultural Hari Prasad Parajuli was elected the prime minister of the country, Sushil Koirala. Prime Minister Koirala administered the oath of secrecy to new NC and UML ministers in presence of President Ram Baran Yadav at Shital Niwas .Hari Parajuli, a member of Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist), assumed the post of the Minister of Agricultural Development of Nepal on 25 February 2014 under Sushil Koirala-led government.
