Nepali Congress, CPN-UML and UCPN (Maoist)—made a joint appeal to the agitating groups and parties to come for dialogues. The chiefs and senior leaders of the three parties stood on the same podium and assured to address all the geniune demands including revising the boundaries of the federal states. The three party leaders reiterated their position that amendments can take place even after the promulgation of the constitution. They have urged the disgruntled parties to participate participate in the constitution promulgation ceremony. The new constitution is being promulgated amid a ceremony on Sunday at 5 pm.
