The government has decided to give public holiday on September 20 and 21 to rejoice the promulgation of the Constitution of Nepal, 2072 passed by the Constituent Assembly. A meeting of the Council of Ministers convened at the Singha Durbar today decided to give public holiday on September 20 and 21 at all the government offices, educational institutions and public corporations throughout the country and the Nepali diplomatic missions abroad, and to organize night illumination on both days in celebration of the delivery of the new constitution.
