The Deputy Prime Minister informed the Summit that Nepal recently promulgated an inclusive and democratic constitution written by the people’s elected representatives in the Constituent Assembly. While hailing it as a historic achievement, he underlined that the constitution making process was democratic, inclusive, participatory and transparent. Meanwhile, on the sidelines of the Summit, Minister for Foreign Affairs Mahendra Bahadur Pandey held a bilateral meeting with his United Arab Emirates counterpart His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
