At a press meet in Biratnagar on Tuesday, leader Sitaula called on all to come in front and not let the centuries old bilateral relations with India to be soured. He added that the provision of getting citizenship was made more systematic and simplified in the new constitution. Leader Sitaula said that the Tarai problem could be resolved through parliament and Madhes-based parties coming in parliament was a positive step. In response to the query of journalists as to why NC did not participate in the government dialogue team formed to hold talks with protesting parties, Sitaula said that the government dialogue team is always comprises the ruling parties representatives and not the opposition party.
