Anil Kumar Jha (born 1969) is a Nepalese politician and chairman of the Nepal Sadbhavana Party (NSP), a political party in Nepal. He and his party have demanded autonomy for the Terai Region of Nepal, in addition to a proportional electoral system and an end to discrimination. Rabindra Prasad Adhikari is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist). He is the Kaski District secretary of the party. In the 2008 Constituent Assembly election he was elected from the Kaski-3 constituency, winning 13386 votes
