Federalism Socialist Forum President Upendra Yadav has accused the government of committing genocide in Tarai Madhesh. Issuing a press release on the 100th day of the Madhesh Movement on Monday, Yadav, also a leader of the United Democratic Madheshi Front, accused the government of suppressing people using brute force instead of addressing concerns of Madheshi and Janajati issues. He accused the government of trampling on democratic norms and values and violating international humanitarian laws and human rights.
