Umesh Kumar Yadav was born in Bhardah-9, Saptari on October 1, 1970, an alternate central member and Saptari district coordinator of CPN-UML, Umesh Kumar Yadav participated 1990’s democratic movement from Raj Biraj Campus.
Ex- valley coordinator of Nepal Student
Forum of Sadbhawana Party, Yadav went underground in 1998, and served as
a combatants’ battalion commander after switching CPN-Maoist in 1995.
A graduate in Sciences from Patan
Campus, he also served as a secretariat member and a Mithila state
coordinator at Young Communist League of UCPN-Maoist.
Son of Kisun Dev and Laxmi Devi Yadav, Yadav lost 2008 CA election from Saptari-3 , confining to fourth with 5,513 votes. He has two sons.
