Brikhesh Chandra Lal, a leader-representative of common Madhesi people from Janakpurdham – Nepal, is a vice president of Terai Madhesh Loktantrik Party. He is well known as an intellectual in Madhesh, a strong-willed fearless political leader. Mr. Lal is a huge proponent of on going Madhesi Revolution for equality and strongly opposes any discrimination against Madhesi and Indigneous Population. For hundred of years, Nepal is being rule by a single dominating cultural ethinicity which is reluctant to give equal opportunities to other ethnicities that are kept as minorities in Nepal. As a columnist, Mr Lal writes articles and stories on current political and socioeconomic affairs in national newspapers and magazines. As a poet, story writer, song writer, and linguist, he has published several books and songs in Maithili language that have received a great deal of popularity and interest among common people.
