Pramod Kharel was born on 5th November 1980 in Sonitpur, Assam, India. He belongs to Balabhadra Kharel and Bishnu Sharma Kharel. From childhood age he was interested in songs and music, humming songs of different singer and listening to different kinds of music too. He completed SLC from Himali Secondary School of Jhapa. Then for the further study he moved to Kathmandu. He took his study and musical career side by side. It was difficult for him to manage it. He started his musical career from his solo venture ‘Prapti’ in 1999. Likewise he have altogether 5 album. His other album included as Second Album ‘’Sentiments”, Third Album “Prapti”, and recently he have come up with his latest released fourth album ‘Prabeg’. He feel lucky to have got the support from renowned lyricists, music arrangers and musicians of this time. He got married with Deepa Kharel.
