Rajendra Mahato went to India and got admitted to Medanta Hospital for the problem the doctors in Nepal say is non-existant. He is accused of creating scene to fuel the Madhesh protest.
The YAN has submitted a copy of the memorandum to District Administration Office, Sarlahi, claiming that Mahato’s details were not available as all the documents were destroyed in an arson on 25 March, 2006.
