Bangladesh U19 vs Nepal U19, Quarter-Final match

This is the first Quarter-Final match for the ninth place of the tournament and match will take place at the beautiful Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur, Dhaka. The tournament has sixteen teams divided in four groups from A to D and will play one match with all the other members of the group in the group stage.

Bangladesh Under-19s won by 6 wickets (with 10 balls remaining)

Nepal Under-19s 211/9 (50.0 ov)

The top eight teams have directly qualified for the Super-League quarter final. The tournament so far has seen very interesting matches and another nail-biting match is expected here, looking at the significance of today’s match. The match will affect in Under-19 rankings as well. dd The stadium at Mirpur, Dhaka, is the greatest of all the stadiums in Bangladesh that host international cricket. It has so far played host to fourteen Test matches, ninety three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) and twenty three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches so far.

The stadium is situated in the beautiful city of Dhaka and there are lot of places to explore in the city apart from the stadium, such as the iconic Shahid Minar, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibar Rahman Novo Theatre, the Bangabandhu memorial museum, the picturesque National Botanical Garden and the historic Lalbag Fort. When there’s no match, one can head straight to any of the locations to spend some time and explore what Bangladesh has to offer.
