Who want to change national flag of Nepal ?

Posted by Anup Baral September 02, 2015 :
Nepal's national flag -- the only one in the world with a triangular shape -- should be changed to reflect the new socio-political reality in the nascent republic, lawmakers have demanded.

Nepal's last king Gyanandra was dethroned last year after the 240-year-old monarchy was abolished and the country was declared a republic. The Maoists, who waged a decade-long insurgency in the country before returning to political mainstream, say the sun and moon in the current national flag represent the Rana and Shah dynasties and should be replaced.
